Online Study Room Booking System

Watch the TUTORIAL on how to use the system or get started by clicking on Conference Rooms or Study Rooms in the Room Booking box to the left of this screen. On the screen that comes up, click on the desired date, room and time. By clicking Continue you are accepting the room reservation policy. Fill in the booking details - you must use your @charlestonlaw.edu email address. After you submit your request, you will immediately get an email confirming your reservation, in the case of Study Rooms, or letting you know it's being considered, in the case of Conference Rooms. When you come into the library, be sure to stop at Circulation to check in and pick up your key.

Study Rooms are available to students and recent graduates of the Charleston School of Law. Conference Rooms (rooms 104, 105, and 106) are available to faculty and staff of the Charleston School of Law as well. Students may book Conference Rooms online, but faculty and staff must call Nancy Betancourt (377-2441) to reserve Conference Rooms.

Students may make online reservations one day in advance.

Please review our room reservation policy. Any violation of the policy will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
